1. Computer Systems Analyst

Analyze business and operational data processing for travel business to implement and
improve computer systems. Analyze user requirements and procedures to automate
systems and review computer system capabilities and workflow. Write web application
proposal, define layout, optimize business functionalities, and enhance user experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science plus 6 months of experience (intern acceptable)
in software development or website development involving HTML, Javascript, Linux and
Apache server required.

2. Accountant

Responsibilities:
•Preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries
• Review and process routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with corporate requirements
• Analyze, reconcile, balance and maintain accounting records
• Research and document processing problems, provide solution to it
• Respond to queries by telephone or in writing
• Review purchasing, petty cash and personal claims
• Process invoices for payment
• Maintain listing of accounts payable
• Maintain the general ledger
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Requirements:
To apply for this role you should have a bachelor or higher degree in accountancy. You should be Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Prefer to have:
• 3-year experience as an accountant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to define and implement internal controls or best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.

3. Tour Operator

Responsibilities:

Making reservations, trip quotations, coordinating itineraries, managing vendors, updating tour packages, customer services.

Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills, dedication to excellence and experience in the tour industry(inbound tour operations) is a must.
Fluent in English and Mandarin;
Must be 21 years old or older and can legally work in the U.S.;
Individual must be a whiz on computers and able to learn new software and a pro at getting around search engines like google, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
